Robert A. KlampRobert A. Klamp - Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Trust Officer
Mr. Klamp's banking career has spanned over thirty eight years, encompassing all areas of bank operations and management. Additionally, he has extensive consultant experience in the areas of banking products and services, marketing, feasibility studies, operations, compliance, lending and community development programs. Mr. Klamp is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking, University of Wisconsin-Madison, completing studies in advanced bank management. He has been associated with the American Institute of Banking (Illinois Bankers Association) as an instructor since 1987, leading classes in bank accounting, banking law, negotiable instruments, regulatory reporting, banking operations, lending and management. In 1996, Mr. Klamp was appointed as an advisor to the State Treasurer of the State of Illinois to review general banking services and policies.

As Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of a minority owned, Community Development Financial Institution developed economic enhancement programs to service a number of low-income communities throughout the Chicago area. Mr. Klamp led the development of financial literacy programs, and has been active in the fight against predatory lending. Under Mr. Klamp’s leadership, over 400 jobs in low-income communities have been created as a result of these programs.

Mr. Klamp has insured that the prior bank’s he was employed by maintained profitability in excess of 1% ROA, return on equity in excess of 20%, while servicing a loan portfolio in excess of seventy million with virtually no loan losses.

Mr. Klamp began the Community Development Bankers Association in 1999 with other CDFI designated bankers.

Frank CerroneFrank Cerrone - President and Chief Operations Officer
Frank Cerrone is President of Pan American Bank. Mr. Cerrone is an accomplished banker with personal skills which makes him perfect for the position as President of Pan American Bank. Mr. Cerrone exemplifies what hard work and determination can bring anyone who works hard in life. Prior to being appointed as President, Mr. Cerrone's list of accomplishments at other financial institutions include; President of a Community Bank, Board Director, Executive Vice- President, CFO and COO. His banking experience and love of communicating with people from all walks of life give him that "edge" in his position as President. In addition to being President of the bank, Frank Cerrone is a devoted husband and father of two boys.

Ald. George A. CardenasAld. George A. Cardenas - Director
George A. Cardenas, alderman of the 12th Ward, representing portions of South Lawndale, Little Village, Brighton Park, McKinley Park, and Back of the Yards. Alderman Cardenas’s Committee memberships include: Finance, Economic, Capital & Technology Development, Education, Parks & Recreation, Health, Aging and Disability, and Committees, Rules and Ethics.

As alderman, George Cardenas is committed to improving the quality of life for every resident of the ward. Cardenas’s top priorities are improving the educational opportunities for our children, reducing crime, bring real economic development and job opportunities into the ward, and providing the highest level of City Services possible.

As a young child, George and his family came to Chicago in search of the American Dream. Working his way through school, George earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting and Master’s degree in Political Science from Northeastern Illinois University and has over a decade of experience working for Fortune 500 companies. This background gives him valuable insight into the needs of the community and a desire to be a voice for positive change for the area.

As an entrepreneur, George Cardenas understands that we need government to be run with a business approach. From providing top quality constituent service to looking for ways to streamline government, Cardenas brings his business background into the decision making process of our City Council.

George and his wife, Carolina, are the proud parents of two girls Arianna, age 6 and Miranda, 2 . They have lived in the community for over 24 years.


Anthony A. CasaccioAnthony A. Casaccio - Director
Mr. Casaccio is a native of Chicago and has worked in Real Estate Industry for more than 24 years. He holds a B.S. degree in accounting from DePaul University. He is a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Northern Illinois Home Builders Association, the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors, the Realtor Association of West/South Suburban Chicagoland, the National Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors, the Urban Land Institute and the Conservation Foundation Advisory Board. He has testified as an expert in the field of land use and zoning. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois.


Ald. Bob FiorettiAld. Bob Fioretti - Director
Robert Fioretti: Alderman of the 2nd Ward. Fioretti was born and raised on Chicago’s South side and as a first generation American, took advantage of pursuing the American dream by succeeding in school and winning scholarships and awards but never forgot to give back to his community, even becoming one of the youngest Eagle scouts in Illinois history. A graduate of Northern Illinois University College of Law, at which he is still a member of the faculty, Fioretti has experience in numerous areas of law. Bob Fioretti is an active member in several civic organizations and also serves on numerous boards and committees. Pan American Bank is looking forward to the knowledge and ideas Robert Fioretti will be able to contribute to the board.


Timothy D. HutchisonTimothy D. Hutchison - Director
Mr. Hutchison is an executive in the real estate and financial services industry, responsible for all support operations including human resources, information technology and risk management. Prior to this position, Mr. Hutchison was a manager in municipal government, having spent time as an assistant to Mayor Richard M. Daley after serving as capital finance director for Chicago’s O’Hare and Midway airports. Tim has a degree in Economics from the University of Illinois.


Roberta S. MatlinRoberta S. Matlin - Director
Ms. Matlin, a corporate executive for the past 24 years, was born and raised in Chicago. Prior to joining the corporate world she was a Cook County, Illinois and then a Federal employee. Ms. Matlin is a graduate of the University of Illinois. She holds Series 7, 22, 24, 39, 63 and 65 licenses with the Financial Regulatory Authority.


Richard PellegrinoRichard Pellegrino - Director
Richard Pellegrino: earned his BA and Masters degree from Loyola University of Chicago and his Juris Doctor Degree from Washburn University School of Law after receiving his honorable discharge as a sergeant in Vietnam. Pellegrino, who is not only an extremely successful attorney admitted to practice at several impressive levels including the United States Supreme Court, also has contributed much time and effort to being a public servant holding numerous community service positions and participating on several boards throughout his career. As the former Mayor of Indian Head Park and the current Executive Director of the West Central Municipal Conference of Mayors, Richard Pellegrino will be an invaluable asset to Pan American Bank.


Pastor Charles E. RobinsonPastor Charles E. Robinson - Director
Pastor Charles E. Robinson has served as a commissioner of the board of directors for the Chicago Transit Authority for several years. However, he arguably moves people more as the pastor of Holy Starlight Missionary Baptist Church. For 24 years Pastor Robinson has guided his congregation through growth. He is the President of Ministers for Change a program that involves Pastors working together in the community. Today, Pastor Robinson continues to lead an ever-increasing and promising congregation and provide support for his community. Pastor Robinson is also the President of Ministers for Change that oversees fifty five churches throughout the City of Chicago. As a Faith Based Organizer, not only does he take his Ministry serious but also dedicates his time along with his colleagues trying to help other organizations accomplish many goals.


Santiago Solis Santiago Solis - Director
Santiago Solis was raised in the Pilsen community, joined the Chicago Fire Department in 1980, was a highly decorated member of the department for 23 years earning Honorable mentions and Valor Recognition, as well as the respect of fellow firefighters and supervisors. While a firefighter in 1999 Santiago started Monterrey Security Consultants Inc. with a partner, as Executive Vice President of Monterrey Security, Santiago was cleared by the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Department of Treasury to provide security services, was instrumental in securing contracts with the Chicago Bears, Soldier Field, Chicago Fire, Toyota Park, Sears Centre, Live Nation, Mexican Consulate, United Neighborhood Organization, Chicago Skyway, C.P.S. Parking. Monterrey Security was named one of 100 fastest growing Hispanic Businesses as published in 2004 July issue of Hispanic Business magazine.

Santiago completed training in Frontline Responder Terrorism Awareness: Protecting Soft Targets, from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and Homeland Security in 2006. Santiago left Monterrey in 2007 selling his 50% of company to his partner. Santiago has worked closely with his brother Ald. Daniel Solis on 3 aldermanic campaigns as well as helping his sister and National Campaign Manager Patti Solis Doyle on Hillary Clinton’s Presidential Campaign, 2007 -2008. Santiago is a member of Illinois Association Of Hispanic Firefighters, Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Santiago is now President of AGA Solis Inc. a business consulting firm in Chicago.
