Robert A. Klamp - Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Trust Officer
Mr. Klamp's banking career has spanned over thirty eight years, encompassing all areas of bank operations and management. Additionally, he has extensive consultant experience in the areas of banking products and services, marketing, feasibility studies, operations, compliance, lending and community development programs. Mr. Klamp is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking, University of Wisconsin-Madison, completing studies in advanced bank management. He has been associated with the American Institute of Banking (Illinois Bankers Association) as an instructor since 1987, leading classes in bank accounting, banking law, negotiable instruments, regulatory reporting, banking operations, lending and management. In 1996, Mr. Klamp was appointed as an advisor to the State Treasurer of the State of Illinois to review general banking services and policies.

As Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of a minority owned, Community Development Financial Institution developed economic enhancement programs to service a number of low-income communities throughout the Chicago area. Mr. Klamp led the development of financial literacy programs, and has been active in the fight against predatory lending. Under Mr. Klamp’s leadership, over 400 jobs in low-income communities have been created as a result of these programs.

Mr. Klamp has insured that the prior bank’s he was employed by maintained profitability in excess of 1% ROA, return on equity in excess of 20%, while servicing a loan portfolio in excess of seventy million with virtually no loan losses.

Mr. Klamp began the Community Development Bankers Association in 1999 with other CDFI designated bankers.

Frank Cerrone - President and Chief Operations Officer
Frank Cerrone is President of Pan American Bank. Mr. Cerrone is an accomplished banker with personal skills which makes him perfect for the position as President of Pan American Bank. Mr. Cerrone exemplifies what hard work and determination can bring anyone who works hard in life. Prior to being appointed as President, Mr. Cerrone's list of accomplishments at other financial institutions include; President of a Community Bank, Board Director, Executive Vice- President, CFO and COO. His banking experience and love of communicating with people from all walks of life give him that "edge" in his position as President. In addition to being President of the bank, Frank Cerrone is a devoted husband and father of two boys.

Ruth Zumpano - Executive Vice President, Cashier
Ruth has 30 years of experience in Bank Operations and Management. She started her banking career as a part time bookkeeper and has held positions in all areas of banking. Her hard work and dedication has brought her to her curent position of Vice President /Cashier of Pan American Bank. Ruth has 3 children and 6 grandchildren.

Frank Calabrese - Vice President
Frank is a 2002 graduate of Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelor Degree in Business Finance. He plans on continuing his education with a Masters Degree Program in banking in the near future. He has over 10 years experience in the Community Banking Industry. He began his banking career in 1998 as a data entry clerk and quickly moved up to managing Loan Operations. Within a couple of years, he began working in the credit area of lending and held a Credit Analyst and Loan Officer position. He brings strong personal skills that allow him to work well with both bank customers and employees. Frank is also a very proud and devoted husband and father of two boys.

John Cieslik - Vice President and Marketing Officer
Mr. Cieslik brings 25+ years experience in economic and business development financing from both private and public sectors. Prior to joining Pan American Bank, John Cieslik was Director of Economic Development for the Illinois State Treasurer's office. John represented the State Treasurer on various boards including the Illinois State Board of Investments, Illinois Rural Bond Bank, Prairie State 2000 Authority and the Illinois Judges Retirement Pension Board. In addition, John was appointed to the State Treasurer's Investment Policy Committee which governed state portfolio investments of $8 Billion. John is also the current President of the Czech League for Financial Institutions.

Jose A. Cruz- Vice President/Branch Manager, Main Branch
Jose is currently Vice President/Branch Manager of the Main Branch, located on Cermak Rd. He is native Chicagoan, born and raised on the North side. He has over ten years of Banking Management experience. He has his Bachelors in Finance, and is a Licensed Realtor, and has experience in mortgage lending. He is an active member of the Christian Church Community.

Jeffrey Mack - Vice President, BSA, Compliance and IT Officer
Mr. Mack brings over 25 years of banking experience to Pan American Bank. This experience includes management of bank operations and information technology at both large financial institutions and community banks. His background also includes commercial and consumer lending, deposit operations and regulatory compliance. In addition, he also has experience in the service bureau industry serving the technology needs of community banks nationwide. Mr. Mack holds a B.S. Degree from Northern Illinois University.

Juan M. Otero - Vice President, CRA and Security Officer
Juan has over 30 years of banking experience in Retail Banking Management, during which time he has helped individuals improve their quality of life. He is currently a member of local community organizations. He served as director of the Association House of Chicago for a number of years. Throughout the years he has been active with local schools in order to assure that the children receive a quality education.

Callie Ho - Assistant Vice President and Internal Review Officer
Callie has 10 years banking experience. She started as a part time teller and worked her way up to Assistant Cashier. Callie attended Northeastern Illinois University where she majored in accounting. She is also certified with excellence in computerized office support specialist. Callie is a loving wife and mother of 2 adorable girls.

Janel Moreland Community Development Officer, Branch Manager, Bellwood Branch
Janel Moreland is a graduate of Triton Community College with an Associates Degree in General Studies. She brings with her over 6 years of various training experience and over 5 years of Administrative experience. She is heavily involved in her community, which includes but not limited to Bellwood Chamber of Commerce where she is on the Board of Directors. Janel is a devoted wife and mother of 2 enchanting girls.

Kim Nguyen - Assistant Cashier, Branch Manger, Melrose Branch
Kim is the current Branch Manager at the Bellwood Branch and has been in Banking since 1998. She has held various positions such as Teller Supervisor, Personal Banker/Relationship Banker and Customer Service Representative. Her strengths are in staff management, customer service and business development and is heavily involve in sales, helping to bring in new business and to build and maintain customer relationships.

In 1994 Kim graduated from Lane Tech High School with highest honors and went four years of college at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Jacquelyn M. Otero - Branch Manager, North Branch
Jacquelyn the current Branch Manager of the North Branch on Pulaski Rd. has 6 years of experience in the financial field. She graduated from Plainfield High School class of 2001 and began her career in banking shortly thereafter. Her experience in personal banking along with her customer service skills makes her an asset to Pan American Bank.
